Section 1 — Description of Services
The Site operates as a referral service that connects consumers who may be seeking assistance with a Social Security Disability claim with independent disability advocates, representatives, attorneys, and other service providers.
Users of the Site may submit information or call us to discuss whether our referral service may be relevant to their situation.
PickMyDisability does not guarantee benefits, benefit amounts, approval, representation, or eligibility for any government program.
Providers participating in the referral network are independent entities responsible for their own services, qualifications, and fees.
Submitting information through the Site is not an application for Social Security Disability benefits and does not begin an application with the Social Security Administration.
Contacting us or submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship or a representative relationship.
Section 2 — No Government Affiliation
PickMyDisability is not the Social Security Administration, the Social Security Advisory Board, or any other federal, state, or local government agency, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any government agency.
PickMyDisability is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or legal representation, is not a disability advocacy organization, and does not review medical records.
Only the Social Security Administration can determine eligibility for Social Security Disability benefits. Nothing on this Site is a determination, prediction, or promise regarding your eligibility, your claim, or any benefit amount.
You can obtain free information about Social Security Disability benefits, and can apply for benefits without cost, directly from the Social Security Administration at ssa.gov.
